Project:
The Challenge: Kernel Season's popcorn flavoring has several key selling points: a wide variety of flavors, real ingredients, and the ability to use them on foods besides just popcorn. They needed a spot that communicated all of this without feeling like a product demo. It's seasoning, not real hard to know how to use it.
Our Approach: We created a light, fun style that incorporated tabletop beauty shots of the seasoning jars alongside the actual ingredients to drive home the quality message. We then mixed in simple animations and on-screen text to make the messaging easy to remember for the target audience.
The Result: A hero :30 spot plus a variety of shorts for social media and YouTube pre-rolls. The mixed-media approach gave Kernel Season's a full suite of content from one production, making full use of the assets for a wider audience.
