The Project:
The Challenge:RoomIt by CWT needed a brand video to introduce their corporate hotel booking platform. The video had to work in multiple contexts - trade shows, sales presentations, and online - making corporate travel feel less corporate and more human.
Our Approach:The goal was to make something that didn't feel like every travel company video you've ever seen with the same lame stock shots, so we shot relatable travel moments and added graphic overlays featuring RoomIt's key benefits ("Rate It," "Feel It," "Personalize It") to keep the messaging clear without voice-over while also creating a brand language by using "___it" for the text.
The shoot took place at various locations to show a typical corporate hotel option as well as a more hip, urban offering that other competitors may not have access to.
The visual style used high quality footage, a bit of texture and blending with the graphics so that viewers would see something fresh, interesting and unique beyond typical B2B software demos.
The Result:A one-minute brand video that introduced RoomIt in a way that felt fresh and human-centered, not like typical corporate travel marketing. The no-voiceover approach made it perfect for noisy trade show floors while remaining useful for quick scrolling on social. By focusing on the traveler experience rather than feature lists, we helped RoomIt establish its brand identity and point of difference.
This project also included 2 more feature specific videos inspired by this video.
